Corrales Tree Care Services

Harrison took the time to explain my tree’s situation and issues. He is very knowledgeable and I appreciate learning about the tree and the possibility of recovery.

This is an AMAZING company which listens to what you need done, comes to assess the job, communicates what they will do, arrives when they say they will, does the job in a professional manner, and leaves the property spotless. I had a huge mulberry tree which was leaning toward my house which worried me. An arborist arrived to look at the tree and after careful assessment detailed what would be done and gave me an estimate. A week later someone called to set up a day and time for the work to be done. One that day, Austin, Hunter and Conner arrived on time and proceeded to take down the huge mulberry, grind out the stump and plant another tree. I was consulted every step of the way to ensure I was in agreement with what they were doing. When they left, every twig was gone and my yard was clean and raked. I was referred to Legacy by a friend who highly recommended them, and I will do the same for anyone who asks. Everyone I dealt with was ethical (if the tree could have been saved, they wouldn’t have taken it down) and extremely professional. I will definitely call them again when I need additional work.

It’s always a nice thing when a small company is able to work with a customer to correct a mistake. We had a situation with a baby tree that Legacy had installed at my house. Long story short, on one of the super windy days we have, my tree literally got snapped in half. I was really heartbroken about it, as I had put a lot of effort into taking care of my tree. I understand that high winds are kind of an “act of god”, but I also felt that I didn’t get the instructions that I needed to effectively take care of my tree as it was growing. To their credit, the owner of Legacy (Harrison) called me with a desire to make the situation right. They are going to get me a new tree and going forward they are going to make sure to give customers better instructions on how to take care of their young trees. Harrison spoke about wanting to be a “partner” with me while my tree grows into a big, happy tree. I’m very impressed with Legacy for taking accountability and working with me to find a good solution. To me, this is exactly how a small, local business should be. Thank you Legacy for making this situation right. I can definitely recommend the company. They are a local company with a lot of good people who want their customers to be happy. Can’t ask for much more than that.

Very friendly group with a focus on tree health, not tree hacking. Much appreciated!

Harrison and the Legacy Tree team are professional, respectful, and the best set of arborists in the Albuquerque/Bernalillo County area. The onsite team were courteous and were open to questions and comments. I believe they know their trade-craft well. It is so refreshing to find a group who takes pride in their work. Update 2022-12-06: The Legacy Tree team was back to finish our trimming project. Always impressed with how professional and well they work as a team – other companies should aspire to their values and competency.

Harrison, Kayla and the crew were fantasic to work with! We had a large tree removed from our front yard and they were so professional and thorough thru the entire process. Great local company!
