Very good service, explained the process, and let me check progress during the installation. Capable techs, and showed up on time. Even got some great advice for tree care moving forward. Like weed paper isn’t great for trees, nor are a lot of xeriscape rocks or gravel. Would go with them again.

From start to finish, Legacy Tree far exceeded our expectations for absolutely stellar service. They outlined exactly what was needed to remedy our struggling Pinon Pine, and then installed a new irrigation system to incorporate the dozens of trees we’ve planted over the last 16 years. We’re getting on in age, and continuing to hand-water our extensive garden was taking its toll. We have two trees on our property that I was concerned about, a large Ponderosa Pine and a Blue Spruce. I was very pleased to have a board certified Arborist from Legacy examine the trees. Mr. Davis was very professional and reassuring in his assessment. While the areas of bark on the Ponderosa that I was worried about turn out to be signs of natural growth, and the tree is healthy, he did point out areas where the tree could benefit from selective pruning of a few limbs at some time in the not too distant future. The Blue Spruce, he said, simply needs more water. I am very grateful to Mr. Davis for his professional advice, and I would definitely seek him out again regarding any issues with the health of our trees.

The worker were polite and professional. They were well informed and experienced with the cottonwood tree. I feel I and my tree are in the best hands.

Lila did a thorough assessment of the work needed and delivered an estimate within a day. After accepting the estimate with Legacy’s easy to use software system, the work was scheduled within a week. The team showed up on time preceded with a text stating they’re on their way. One of the workers safely scaled our 70ft tree and performed everything professionally. When they had done all the work, I was shown all that was accomplished. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again.

Curtis gave me some great advice about deep watering and removing stray roots that were impinging on main roots at the base of the tree. After examining the minor limb attrition that was going on and explaining why woodpeckers were interested in getting at nutritious sap, we discussed plans for deeper fertilization and judicious limb trimming. There was no pressure to aggressively pursue a particular plan for maintenance.

Fantastic experience dealing with both straightforward trimming / pruning as well as what turned out to be widespread herbicide damage- extremely personable certified arborists with a detailed knowledge of the specific issues facing homeowners in the Albuquerque basin.

Very difficult, large job involving eight trees and a hedge went off as scheduled, professionally and courteously. While expensive, the job was done right with detailed attention to cleanup and long term health of the trees and long term planning for overall yard maintenance. Generally, you get what you pay for.
