Curtis gave me some great advice about deep watering and removing stray roots that were impinging on main roots at the base of the tree. After examining the minor limb attrition that was going on and explaining why woodpeckers were interested in getting at nutritious sap, we discussed plans for deeper fertilization and judicious limb trimming. There was no pressure to aggressively pursue a particular plan for maintenance.

Fantastic experience dealing with both straightforward trimming / pruning as well as what turned out to be widespread herbicide damage- extremely personable certified arborists with a detailed knowledge of the specific issues facing homeowners in the Albuquerque basin.

Very difficult, large job involving eight trees and a hedge went off as scheduled, professionally and courteously. While expensive, the job was done right with detailed attention to cleanup and long term health of the trees and long term planning for overall yard maintenance. Generally, you get what you pay for.

I am so impressed with knowledge and work from this company. I had a pine tree treated for scale and a few stumps ground out. I wish I remembered the names of the man that came out initially and the 2 that came to do the work. I learned so much from them. I have a much better understanding of what I have in my yard, what I may want to do in the future and how to get there. They are so easy to talk to and it’s obvious they have a passion for our native landscape and what they do. I have tree care and planting coming up in the fall. Highly recommend.

Had a deep watering system installed in my front yard for a large tree. Crew was organized, friendly and efficient. Kept me informed thru entire process.

The Legacy team came today to trim our back hedge of juniper trees which hadn’t been trimmed in 3 years . They were actually a little early for their appointment – a rare event in ABQ – which we appreciated! They were efficient and professional and did a great clean up after the job was completed. I strongly recommend them.
