From our very first contact with Legacy Tree, we’ve been WOW’ed by their knowledge, professionalism, tree & customer care. On their first visit, they really took their time to inspect & respect our trees. Though we haven’t cared for them as much as we would have liked, the Legacy Tree staff knew we love them. We were impressed at their streamline estimating system & clear explanation of what was needed to care for our trees. We were thrilled to get a quote on the spot. Once we accepted the quote & made a deposit they added us to their work flow and when they had a last minute opening they contacted us to see if they could come over. Their team worked together well and paid particular attention to make sure my campervan (Brooklyn) could clear the trimmed trees. With a bit more trimming Brooklyn can now drive around the whole driveway! We were SO happy with Legacy Trees work that when we learned that we would have to have a tree removed for an addition we’re having built, we hired them again. They went above & beyond by caring for a large houseplant of my mother-in-laws AND showing the neighbors dog real kindness. I had Harrison come give me an evaluation on the health of several trees. He is a certified arborist with ISA. He was clear and careful to ask me if he answered all of my questions to my satisfaction, multiple times. The company was overall very professional and I am planning to have them help me with some pruning and education around care for my fruit trees later this summer! P.S. Harrison (the owner) came out on one of the windiest days and fought with the wind to help me. I appreciated that so much! Also, when scheduling initially they had a several weeks wait but then got me in on a cancellation the next week!

Legacy crew was at my house early and completed the job in record time. They cleaned the area thoroughly. I was completely satisfied with their work and their attitude.

These are the folks you call if you want a true arborist that can evaluate your trees and recommend treatment to keep them healthy and or save a sick tree or tell you it’s a goner. They are nice, polite, articulate and knowledgeable. They arrive with good equipment and protect their specialists with the right protective gear. That matters to me and indicates professionalism.

This was a very professional company who arrived on time, had great communication, worked hard, and really took their time and protected my property as much as possible. They had a very difficult task with a very large tree that was right next to my pool so tricky process on trying to ensure no damage to mine or my neighbors home. Would definitely recommend their services. They did a phenomenal job cleaning up after themselves to the point that it was almost hard to understand they had been here.
