Legacy Tree Co. is outstanding in all areas. Knowledgeable, professional, and above all else, they take genuine pride in their work. After tree inspection and trimming, Harris offered long term care advice for healthier trees, which require less maintenance and cost to the owner. This is not a smash and grab tree removal service. I have seen the horror show’s that other tree trimming companies provide around ABQ, and LTC is leagues beyond them in terms of caring for both the trees and the owners requests. The crew was on-time, super nice, and when the wind picked up, they called it a day. Finding ownership that cares about their workers is rare, and should be rewarded. LTC is above board on all metrics, and I will happily call them back yearly for tree checkups/trims.

This is an AMAZING company which listens to what you need done, comes to assess the job, communicates what they will do, arrives when they say they will, does the job in a professional manner, and leaves the property spotless. I had a huge mulberry tree which was leaning toward my house which worried me. An arborist arrived to look at the tree and after careful assessment detailed what would be done and gave me an estimate. A week later someone called to set up a day and time for the work to be done. One that day, Austin, Hunter and Conner arrived on time and proceeded to take down the huge mulberry, grind out the stump and plant another tree. I was consulted every step of the way to ensure I was in agreement with what they were doing. When they left, every twig was gone and my yard was clean and raked. I was referred to Legacy by a friend who highly recommended them, and I will do the same for anyone who asks. Everyone I dealt with was ethical (if the tree could have been saved, they wouldn’t have taken it down) and extremely professional. I will definitely call them again when I need additional work.

Fantastic company, highly skilled team with certified arborists who are experts at what they do. I’ve worked with them several times and they’ve always done a stellar job. The health of my trees is notably improved over the years I’ve used them. And, they leave the area so clean, better than they found it!

Good communication regarding appointments. When they had an earlier opening, they called to offer it. Since the HOA is …being an HOA, I appreciated an earlier opportunity to get them off my back! I was able to quickly schedule the removal of my very sick tree and they were done quickly and left the yard nicely cleaned up! Definitely would use again!

Martin was the arborist who came to check on the trees at my property and he was superb: professional as they come and yet easygoing and friendly, and a very good communicator. I especially appreciated how he took his time examining each and every tree, and giving me detailed and expert instructions about how to take care of them. And the price for all this excellent advice was very low: just $37.61 including tax. I also very much appreciated that Martin took his time to explain everything very carefully to me and on occasion even repeat what he’d already said so that I could make sure I got the details right. He wasn’t at all concerned about getting in and out quick for the money, but very much focused on doing the best possible job to help me keep my trees healthy and well taken care of. The hazard tree is gone. 😃😥 My poor front Piñon truly was holding the back one up. It looks pretty ragged right now, unless you look at it from the right angle. Hopefully the next couple of years or so will see this improve. Plus I’ll have some nice firewood from the hazard tree…once it dries out. Legacy Tree Company did a wonderful job. I truly appreciate the professionalism of all I met. First off the person I met with, Harrison is an ISA Arborist. He even went out of his way for a second opinion with a Master Arborist who determined the tree was failing and showed me why, it’s roots had grown around it instead of out. It literally couldn’t hold itself up any more. I found the contract and deposit process very thorough, and easy. Harrison took verbal notes and video describing the issues and the assessment on what services needed to be done. The sawyer crew showed up on time and got right to work with setting out safety cones and signs. Then proceeded to determine their strategy and got busy. Most of the tree was being kept for firewood and the sectioned it off in about 12″ lengths and left it neatly stacked. The crew did a great job of cleaning up the work site, the street, and my neighbor’s driveway where debris fell. I definitely recommend Legacy Tree Company. I already have another project lined up with them early next year to stabilize my large old Mulberry in my backyard.
