A GREAT landscape project from start to finish! We were very pleased to find out that Legacy Tree Company has a landscape division. Louis (landscape designer and project leader) spent time with us to decide what we wanted and what would work best in our yard after a a couple of trees had to be removed (job by Legacy Tree). Louis is extremely knowledgeable about native and non-native plants. We wanted to update/improve our N.Valley home landscape. Louis had wonderful ideas and the reasonable work proposal included native trees & perennials, as well as updating the drip irrigation system. Planting and irrigation repair was today. Communication regarding scheduling (thanks to office staff) and appointment today (from Louis) job went smoothly. We are very happy with our landscape! The arborist evaluated a tree for me and determined it was healthy. They then also trimmed on the other side of my property. They were on time, professional and cleaned up every leaf! I highly recommend this company.

It’s always a nice thing when a small company is able to work with a customer to correct a mistake. We had a situation with a baby tree that Legacy had installed at my house. Long story short, on one of the super windy days we have, my tree literally got snapped in half. I was really heartbroken about it, as I had put a lot of effort into taking care of my tree. I understand that high winds are kind of an “act of god”, but I also felt that I didn’t get the instructions that I needed to effectively take care of my tree as it was growing. To their credit, the owner of Legacy (Harrison) called me with a desire to make the situation right. They are going to get me a new tree and going forward they are going to make sure to give customers better instructions on how to take care of their young trees. Harrison spoke about wanting to be a “partner” with me while my tree grows into a big, happy tree. I’m very impressed with Legacy for taking accountability and working with me to find a good solution. To me, this is exactly how a small, local business should be. Thank you Legacy for making this situation right. I can definitely recommend the company. They are a local company with a lot of good people who want their customers to be happy. Can’t ask for much more than that.
