These guys are true professionals. I really like the work that they did on our property. They gave a great evaluation/ estimate beforehand, but their actual work is exemplary! This statement sums it up for me: “Tell us what you would like, and don’t be shy, we’ll take care of it.” In addition to this high level of customer service, they have some great advice on how to care for yes and bushes on the property. Today Harrison and his team came by to consult with me on several tree issues I’m having on my property and I was very pleased with the service that Legacy Tree Company provided. I was looking for a licensed arborist to give me a knowledgable and honest assessment of the situation and I’m confident that is what I got. Additionally, I was able to get an appointment quickly, they showed up on time, were very informative, offered multiple solutions, were very professional and respectful and emailed me a quote before they even left the property. I would highly recommend consulting with Legacy about any tree issues you are trying to figure out and resolve.

Needed an assessment of a tree that I believed to be rotting. Scheduled a meeting with one of their certified arborist to assess it. After a fairly fast inspection he deemed it to be a lost cause and required removal. He proved to me that it was in fact rotting. He also assessed the other two trees in my yard, one of which was mostly dead and one that was water stressed. He gave me some good advice for attempting to save the one remaining tree in my yard. As for the actuall tree removal, the crew was originally scheduled to arrive at mid-afternoon, but I received a call from their scheduler that they were hung up at a different job site. We rescheduled for the following morning. That did result in me missing a day and a half of work, instead of just half a day which is why I’m giving them 4 stars instead of 5. This time they arrived on time and immediately started working. They took down the rotting tree and the mostly dead tree with no issues, and cleaned up all the fallen branches and leaves that resulted from the service. I would recommend Legacy Tree Company for any tree removal tasks.

Harrison was very knowledgeable about things we could do to improve the health of our Ponderosa including irrigation, mulching and pruning. I would call Legacy Tree Co again!

The team from Legacy Tree Company did a very professional job trimming our two large Mulberry trees. We wanted to hire a company with a certified arborist, and keep our trees healthy for many years to come. Aaron, the site supervisor, told us how to care for our trees. They also did a thorough job cleaning up after. I highly recommend them.
