We had Pinon trees that needed TLC. The team gave us an honest appraisal and documented what they were going to do ahead of time — along with the costs per treatment stage. Everything was explained clearly during the consultation, and also during the treatment visit. There were no surprises once Legacy arrived to do the work, and they had plenty of crew. No extra charges upon completion and all the equipment was provided by Legacy. Nothing was half- finished or sloppy. Everyone was very professional and detail oriented. My husband and I are impressed with their knowledge and glad we chose to work with Legacy. They know trees.

The crew arrived within the time frame and wasted no time setting up and getting to work. They were friendly, focused on the work needed, consulted/asked questions as appropriate, and otherwise just worked full on for about six hours. They accommodated our request to separate small from large tree cuttings, setting aside the larger limbs for our firewood stash, and shredding the smaller branches for mulch which we will use in our garden. They did a great job on clean up. You get what ya pay for — we got everything we paid for and then some.

Mistletoe destroyed my sick trees. Mr. O’Conner convincingly pronounced verdict of their demise. That was impressive enough. But his crew quickly and effectively in three well timed efforts: cut the tree down, put the detritus on the curb then removed it without a trace. That wise coordination was so easy on my wallet. Was significantly less of then removing one tree, alone, where two were dispatched. Very satisfied.
