We were so very delighted with the immediate response for the initial diagnosis/estimate visit and then for scheduling the work! All of the company’s representatives were exemplary professionals. We appreciated the depth of knowledge and the skill with which everything was done. The work was done in such a careful way that almost no debris made it into our pool/hot tub! After significant work on the sprinkler system, everything was returned to order. Such a positive experience!

Very good service, explained the process, and let me check progress during the installation. Capable techs, and showed up on time. Even got some great advice for tree care moving forward. Like weed paper isn’t great for trees, nor are a lot of xeriscape rocks or gravel. Would go with them again.

We think we finally got what we were looking for the last four years – a company that really knows trees and how to care for them for a lifetime. Of the various irrigation, nursery and other yard maintenance companies we’ve used since we moved to the high desert, LTC is the most knowledgeable and most reliable tree care company we’ve experienced. We’re confident that they have set us up for the long haul in selection, maintenance and health of our trees. Note re cost: You’ve likely heard the old adage that you can have two of three outcomes for a project — done right, done on time, done cheap — but not all three. For the kind of long term results and lack of stress we had in mind, I just wish we had found Legacy Tree Company earlier. No piecemeal solutions, guess work, or good money wasted. The hazard tree is gone. 😃😥
My poor front Piñon truly was holding the back one up. It looks pretty ragged right now, unless you look at it from the right angle. Hopefully the next couple of years or so will see this improve. Plus I’ll have some nice firewood from the hazard tree…once it dries out.
Legacy Tree Company did a wonderful job. I truly appreciate the professionalism of all I met. First off the person I met with, Harrison is an ISA Arborist. He even went out of his way for a second opinion with a Master Arborist who determined the tree was failing and showed me why, it’s roots had grown around it instead of out. It literally couldn’t hold itself up any more.
I found the contract and deposit process very thorough, and easy. Harrison took verbal notes and video describing the issues and the assessment on what services needed to be done.
The sawyer crew showed up on time and got right to work with setting out safety cones and signs. Then proceeded to determine their strategy and got busy. Most of the tree was being kept for firewood and the sectioned it off in about 12″ lengths and left it neatly stacked. The crew did a great job of cleaning up the work site, the street, and my neighbor’s driveway where debris fell.
I definitely recommend Legacy Tree Company. I already have another project lined up with them early next year to stabilize my large old Mulberry in my backyard.

We had a great experience with Legacy. We contacted them about a tree health assessment and were able to get an appointment quickly. Harrison provided a thorough explanation of the tree’s condition and care instructions, as well as recommendations for our general yard irrigation. Everyone I spoke to was very helpful.
