I am going to be using Legacy Tree Company for tree removal. While the work is going to be completed shortly, I have been really impressed with the owner, Harrison O’Connor, who has come down personally twice now to look at my trees. He has been punctual and friendly. It is apparent he is very knowledgeable in his field and has given me helpful tips in the industry outside of just the tree removal. I am highly impressed. I’ll let you know about the tree removal process in my next post.

Harrison knows his trees and has multiple strategies for treating tree problems and see’s our tree environment as a whole .So important to all of us to maintain our beautiful environment with healthy trees . Thanks to Harrison for his careful diagnosis and treatment plan .

From the consult inspection of our Piñon tree to scheduling the treatment service to the actual work done…everything was wonderful. Knowledgeable, real folks who provided answers and information to better care for our tree/plants/landscape/etc. Too early to know if this remedy will actually save our tree…but everything was smooth and straightforward. Impressed by what they did during the treatment…super interesting! Will continue to use Legacy Tree Co for our maintenance needs on our tree going forward!

I am very happy that I happened upon this company, the Legacy Tree Company. For quite a long time, I had been looking for an arborist. We’ve made inquiries with and started the inspection/estimate process with a handful of tree companies, but for a variety of reasons (the promised estimate never arrived in the email, multiple last minute cancellations on the part of the company, unsavory or unappealing behavior on their part, etc), it never worked out. Legacy Tree Company, though, was very different. They were professional, courteous, and acted with integrity. The arborist who came for the estimate was the first glimpse of what an exemplary company this is (possibly his name was Martin with accent over the i). He was professional and friendly, made sure that all my questions were answered, and put forth a positive attitude. Between the time of the estimate and the time the work was actually done, the company had courteous and professional people answering the phone, setting up the appointment, and addressing any new questions. There was one person with whom I corresponded by text or phone a couple of times, but I cannot be sure of his name (possibly Justin); he was great like the rest of the Legacy Tree Company people. Two days before the work was done, I received a confirmation email of the work (Reassuring sign). 10-15 minutes before the arrival time, I received a phone call from a nice and professional person (Nathan) to say they were on the way. It snowed that morning, so I didn’t think they’d come, but they came in full force, at 9am on the dot. All 4 of the people (Austin, Nathan, Walker, and Connor) did a wonderful job from start to finish. I would recommend this company 100%, without question, for tree work (and any other services the company provides). They planted a tree, pruned a large shrub, and fertilized an ailing tree in our yard. They were patient with questions about taking care of the trees. Not once did I feel they were being patronizing, impatient, rude, etc. They acted with integrity. They treated me, the customer, the way anyone would want to be treated. Now, if only we could find a landscaping company with the above attributes, but that’s another frustrating story. Bravo Legacy Tree Company! This company is an asset and credit to Albuquerque!
