Great work. Harrison was easy to contact and schedule with. He took the time to understand what work I wanted and explain his recommendations for the job. The job was done well and as discussed. He was proactive in scheduling another check on my trees in a year to make sure they were growing well and staying healthy. Overall, great work and fair price. Would recommend.

I found this company in late 2023, I used them, as Arborists to check trees that had been planted [improperly] in my yard, they did a soil excavation on one that could maybe be saved [i is thriving] and have had them check all my trees for issues. Today, 3 members of their crews came to prune many trees, done to an Arborist instructions that came to look at what I needed to do to keep my trees healthy, they were very thorough in everything done, cleaned up every little twig and were very pleasant to work with. I personally would/will never use anyone but this company for anything doing with my trees.

The crew arrived within the time frame and wasted no time setting up and getting to work. They were friendly, focused on the work needed, consulted/asked questions as appropriate, and otherwise just worked full on for about six hours. They accommodated our request to separate small from large tree cuttings, setting aside the larger limbs for our firewood stash, and shredding the smaller branches for mulch which we will use in our garden. They did a great job on clean up. You get what ya pay for — we got everything we paid for and then some.

Great crew, very attentive to detail. We had an old tree in our front yard and didnt know if it could be saved. We had legacy come out and they gave us an honest assessment that the tree was not savable. We were able to schedule removal quickly and our yard was treated with the utmost care. Will be using them again.

Why We Love Placitas

Placitas is a picturesque, laid-back town outside of Albuquerque with easy access to the city of Albuquerque for work and leisure. There’s lots of hiking nearby, including at Tunnel Spring Trailhead. The Piedra Lisa North Trailhead is another popular one, although make sure to bring plenty of water as there isn’t much relief from the sun! The historic mission, San Antonio Catholic Mission, is in the center of the city and is a must-see piece of architecture. And it’s always great to visit the Coronado Historic Sites, which explain about the lives of the Tiwa natives. Plactias Pizza Co. is one of our favorite places to get food in Placitas, with its elaborate pizzas that feed the whole family!
