They arrived earlier with notification beforehand. They followed the instructions by Graham who did the quote. A new irrigation was installed and tree removed. They will plant when weather gets cooler. Great work.

Good communication regarding appointments. When they had an earlier opening, they called to offer it. Since the HOA is …being an HOA, I appreciated an earlier opportunity to get them off my back! I was able to quickly schedule the removal of my very sick tree and they were done quickly and left the yard nicely cleaned up! Definitely would use again!

Harrison and Joran were very knowledgeable about the tree I was concerned about, as well as the ones in my front yard. They were able to observe and plan what my trees and yard needs to be able to get to my end goal and to make it look healthy and beautiful!!

I loved the experience. They were in time for both the estimate and the work. They returned texts and calls when I had questions. They were very careful in working to cut the tree down, protect property and pay attention to safety protocols instead of just aggressively cutting the tree down. Our extremely tall, badly pruned and dying tree was close to the house and extended high over the roof and numerous solar panels. The stucco was new also, so I didn’t want to take the chance of getting just anybody to do the job and get injured and suing me or damaging property and not being covered. I love the peace of mind I had before, during and after the entire process. They planted a new tree in a better location, and I love it! They even gave me advice on another tree I had without me even asking. Legacy tree will be pruning and inspecting our new tree for decades to come!

Every single person we met or talked to at Legacy Trees was outstanding in their professionalism, knowledge of their work, and just plain friendliness. We had interactions with Isaac, Martin, Andrew and Austin and would love to see each of them again in the future and wouldn’t hesitate to call this company for any tree related concerns. They were prompt, professional, well-organized and timely in their communications. Would definitely recommend them.
Update: Our second time with this company on 9/26/25. They were on time, very careful with our property, professional, and made sure we were happy with the work. They also did great cleanup. Super nice people. Will continue to work with them.

Great crew!! They really knew what they were doing. There was no way I could have on my own gotten rid of all that Russian sage. Beautiful job on trimming a 23’ Locust tree.

Our cat got stuck up in a tree, and was too high up for the fire department to reach. Lila from Legacy Trees belayed up the tree and successfully got the cat down. We are so appreciative — thank you so much!
