All About Albuquerque
Legacy Tree Company is dedicated to servicing the needs of all Albuquerque residents and businesses with quality tree care services. We’re proud that we can provide such great customer service, not just in this city but also in some parts of New Mexico! Albuquerque has a very special place in our heart and we will talk more about it.
Educational Opportunities in Albuquerque
The University of New Mexico is a hub for learning in the state, with over 22 thousand students. The neighborhoods around this large school are vibrant and iconic like Nob Hill where you can find all sorts of shopping venues as well restaurants to suit any appetite! There are many educational opportunities in Albuquerque that aren’t of the higher education variety. Take a visit to one of our city’s museums, like The National Museum Of Nuclear Science & History- with its tongue-in-cheek slogan “Reactions Welcome!” It will give you an inside look into how New Mexico was involved during the atomic age while also teaching us some humorous stories about what happened!
See New Mexico’s Past
New Mexico is the home of many Native American tribes, including 19 Pueblo tribes. Of these communities, each one operates as a sovereign state with its own unique culture but is influenced by external factors such as food and art styles found all over Albuquerque’s cityscape. If you want to take a dive into New Mexico’s history, Petroglyph National Monument has something for everyone. The site features sacred symbols from the past that are still being used by today’s Native Americans and Hispanics alike!
The Great Outdoors
Albuquerque has some great opportunities for exploring the outdoors. The Sandias are popular among locals and visitors alike, with plenty of hiking trails available year-round as well as camping trips when it’s not too hot or cold outside! And for those looking to get outside and explore nature, the Paseo del Bosque Trail should be at the top of the list. This 16-mile stretch is perfect if you’re a runner or walker; it’s also a great biking path.
Downtown Albuquerque
The history of Albuquerque is deep and rich, but it can be hard to find the oldest parts. Luckily for you there are some places in this city that date back centuries! One such place dating right up until 1706 was San Felipe de Neri Church – take a walk through their beautiful doors. There are so many things to do in downtown ABQ. You can explore nature at the ABQ BioParks, including the Zoo, Aquarium, and Botanic Gardens, or enjoy a day out on Tingley Beach with fishing opportunities available too!
