Legacy Tree Company routinely inspects root crowns of girdled trees, and trees which have been planted too deep. We do this with the use of air spade or through manually removing earth from the tree. Often, issues that express themselves in the crown have their- forgive the pun- “root cause” below the surface of the ground. Our portable, industrial air compressor enables us to penetrate deep below the ground and remove earth from the root architecture of your tree without damaging vascular tissue. New, unearthed information helps us make the call going forward regarding your tree.
